Overview
The 27XX (2779-XX for transmitter, 2710-XX for receiver) is a crystal controlled FM subcarrier system for multi-channel applications above a video signal with low distortion, flat frequency response from 50 Hz to 15 kHz, and factory set subcarrier frequencies from 5.4 MHz to 8.5 MHz. Connection to video is via a high impedance resistor which does not load the video signal even when power is lost.
