VDC-200 Compact Data Controller |
| The VDC-200 runs off 8-32 volts DC, and a battery pack is available which uses 12 x "AA" commercial batteries for 6-8 hours of normal operation (9:1 RX to TX ratio assumed). The connections moved to commercial DB type connectors; DB-9 to the computer, DB-15 to the DCE device. A standard MIL audio handset connector is available on the front panel, which can be activated for audio in the software running on the PC. Front panel LED's show channel status and activity. |

The VDC-200 does not have the dumb terminal mode. |
